Our chefs pair the Fiori with KATIE’S Lemon Cream sauce, a citrus kissed alfredo, finished with select Italian cheeses. Lemon Cream Sauce (Heavy Cream [Cream, Milk], Fresh Lemon Juice, Mascarpone [Pasteurized Milk & Cream, Citric Acid], White Wine, Fontina [Cultured Pasteurized Cow's Milk, Salt, Enzymes], Kosher Salt, Parmesan Cheese [Pasteurized Milk, Cream, Enzymes, Salt], Olive Oil, Water, Fresh Garlic, Corn Starch), Fiori Pasta (Semolina [Durum Wheat Flour], Eggs, Water), Fresh Mozzarella (Milk, Cream, Enzymes, Salt), Parmesan Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Cream, Enzymes, Salt)

Preparation

Cooking Instructions:

Heating Instructions:  From Frozen

Microwave:  Slightly vent corner of film, Cook on high for 6 minutes. Lift film, stir, and replace film. Continue cooking for 4-6 minutes. Let Stand 1 minute before serving.

Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Leave film on tray. Put tray on baking sheet and place on center rack in oven. Cook for 35 minutes. Uncover and continue cooking for 5-10 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving.

Heating Instructions: From Thawed

Microwave:  Slightly vent corner of film, Cook on high for 3 minutes. Lift film, stir, and replace film. Continue cooking for 2 minutes. Let Stand 1 minute before serving.

Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Leave film on tray. Put tray on baking sheet and place on center rack in oven. Cook for 10 minutes. Uncover and continue cooking for 5 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving.
