Join us on January 29th for a special Winter in Bologna Wine Dinner with Antonio Compagnoni, hosted by Katie Lee and the Chef Collective in collaboration with the famed organic producer Antonio Compagnoni from Bologna, Italy. Compagnoni is heralded as a leader in the slow food, organic farming and biodynamics movements in Italy.  He has been actively engaged in organic agriculture and the promotion of sustainable and equitable development since the mid-1970s at local, national and international levels.  Currently, he serves as Local Partner for Italy for the Sustainable Agriculture Network (SAN) and Preferred by Nature, working on regional projects to promote regenerative agriculture and biodiversity in both organic and conventional farming systems while still contributing to the growth of organic and slowfood movement in Emilia Romagna.

The evening will feature five courses inspired by Katie and the Chef Collective's time touring the Emilia-Romagna region in Italy with Compagnoni. Each course will be expertly paired with hand-selected wines, and the event will include a balsamic tasting and demonstration.
