LEMON CREAM SAUCE (HEAVY CREAM [CREAM, MILK], FRESH LEMON JUICE, MASCARPONE PASTEURIZED MILK & CREAM, CITRIC ACID], WHITE WINE, FONTINA [CULTURED PASTEURIZED COW’S MILK, SALT, ENZYMES], KOSHER SALT, PARMESAN CHEESE [PASTEURIZED MILK, CREAM, ENZYMES, SALT], OLIVE OIL, WATER, FRESH GARLIC, CORN STARCH), FIORI PASTA (SEMOLINA [DURUM WHEAT FLOUR], EGGS,WATER), FRESH MOZZARELLA (MILK, CREAM,ENZYMES, SALT), PARMESAN CHEESE (PASTEURIZED MILK, CREAM, ENZYMES, SALT).

Preparation

Cooking Instructions:

Heating Instructions:  From Frozen

Microwave:  Slightly vent corner of film, Cook on high for 6 minutes. Lift film, stir, and replace film. Continue cooking for 4-6 minutes. Let Stand 1 minute before serving.

Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Leave film on tray. Put tray on baking sheet and place on center rack in oven. Cook for 35 minutes. Uncover and continue cooking for 5-10 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving.

Heating Instructions: From Thawed

Microwave:  Slightly vent corner of film, Cook on high for 3 minutes. Lift film, stir, and replace film. Continue cooking for 2 minutes. Let Stand 1 minute before serving.

Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Leave film on tray. Put tray on baking sheet and place on center rack in oven. Cook for 10 minutes. Uncover and continue cooking for 5 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving.
