It combines a bottle of our bright, fruit-forward extra virgin olive oil from a small family producer in Liguria, Italy, with a bottle of our deeply complex barrel aged balsamic produced on a family acetaia in Reggio Emilia. Drizzle the olive oil over salads, pizza, grilled vegetables and fish, then add a splash of balsamic for perfectly balanced notes of fig, molasses and cherry with a gentle, smoky warmth.
