Our barrel aged balsamic is produced in small batches at a family operated acetaia in Reggio Emilia, Italy, the capital of balsamic, Lambrusco wine, and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. Exquisitely complex and sweet, our balsamic delivers perfectly balanced notes of fig, molasses, and cherry, with a delicate smokiness from the wood barrel aging process.
